If your order is under $250, shipping costs will be calculated based on your order's weight and distance from Chicago, IL. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed. Our default shipping method is via the USPS in order to keep costs down.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Delivery from when you place your order to arrival at your doorstep is typically between 5-9 business days (M-F), depending on your distance and chosen shipping method.

Upgraded shipping options do not include the one day processing time or the one day packaging time, only in transit time estimate. We do not offer same day shipping, even on express orders. All orders are processed the next business day (i.e. Thursday - processed on Friday and reminder Friday - Sunday orders are processed on Monday).

Please note: Delivery timeframes may be extended during sale events and peak holiday times.

Anything 30+% off is exchange / store credit only. Everything else is subject to our regular return policy.

Exchange/Return Policy for Full Price Items:
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the customer receiving and its in its original unused condition. 

All returns are subject to approval and must receive authorization prior to returning. To initiate a return, please email info@brynncapella.com.

*For all approved returns, we provide pre-paid labels for a flat rate of $10. The cost will be deducted from the refund, along with a small restocking fee. Should you choose to exchange the item, or receive store credit, all fees will be waived. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Small batch production is at the heart of our brand. We handcraft all of our goods locally for quality assurance and to create little to no waste. We only use full-grain Italian and South American cowhide leather that only gets better, softer and more personal with age. 

We do not make seasonal offerings, as we view our colorful leathers as year round neutrals. All our styles are designed with real women in mind (and named after them) focusing on beauty and versatility for the independent spirit in all of us.

Everything now and always will be made in the USA as we have no desire to be a mass-produced department store brand.
