All orders are processed, packaged and shipped Monday through Friday ONLY, excluding Federal U.S. Holidays with a cut off time of 12PM (CST). If you place an order after 12PM, or over the weekend, you can expect it to process the next business day (M-F).
After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation email and separate email when your item(s) have shipped, which will include a tracking number link.
Once the order has been processed, your order will be packed securely and typically ships within 2-5 business days (M-F only) depending on volume of orders. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability. Currently, due to shipping delays for all major shipping companies, from order date to your doorstep it can take up 7-12 business days for you to receive your purchase, depending on your distance from Chicago.
We do not have a dedicated shipping department, so if you need it any earlier, we suggest upgrading your shipping to Express. Upgrading to Priority Mail ONLY affects the transit time not the processing time.
** There may be exceptions to these shipping guidelines during major holidays. Please plan for delayed processing times during these periods. **
International Shipping is available, but is not included in the $150+ Free Shipping promotion and can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive depending on shipping preference purchased.
Our Free Shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, if you have a preference, please note that on your order. Outside of that, we offer a flat shipping option for items under $150 or first class if the item weighs less than 1 lb.
International shipping: There are no timeframe guarantees. If you choose to ship via UPS or Fed-ex, we cannot guarantee there will not be a brokerage fee. We suggest to choose USPS Priority International, it may cost more upfront and take a little longer, but no brokerage fee. There should be no duty fees in Canada or Mexico, since we only ship our own American-made goods.
