Brynn Capella offers free US shipping for orders over $250.
Orders are shipped via Ground Advantage, Priority mail or UPS Ground depending on location and size of order.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We do not offer same day or next day shipping. Since we do not have a dedicated shipping department, we appreciate your patience with our packing and shipping process.
Orders are generally delivered within 5-9 business days, but occasionally may take longer depending on the volume of orders. Typically 10-14 days during Sale promotions.
If you place your order after 2pm (cst), we don't start processing it until the following business day.
Shipping outside the contiguous US incur longer transit times. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Orders under $250, can ship via Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, or you can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.99.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email when your item(s) have shipped, which will include a tracking number link.

International Shipping is available, but is not included in the $250+ Free Shipping promotion and can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive depending on shipping preference purchased.
International shipping: There are no timeframe guarantees. If you choose to ship via UPS or Fed-ex, we cannot guarantee there will not be a brokerage fee. We suggest to choose USPS Priority International, it may cost more upfront and take a little longer, but no brokerage fee. There should be no duty fees in Canada or Mexico, since we only ship our own American-made goods.
