We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged and approved manufacturing or hardware defects. We will cover the full cost of the repair as well as the cost of shipping within that time frame.

The craftsmanship is guaranteed, however, we do not offer free repairs on damages resulting from normal wear and tear. If general wear and tear has affected the handbag’s original condition, we suggest contacting a reputable leather care professional for suggestions on restoration.

Replacement lining or hardware is offered for a small repair fee if the bag is older than two years. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair items older than 2 years, but will have substitute options available.
