We will cover the full cost of the repair as well as shipping on any items sold at full price. If you bought the item on sale, you just need to cover the cost of shipping to us.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair items older than 2 years, but will have substitute options available.
Please do not ship your repair to us without first getting a RMA number from us.
