Returns & Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item for another color or size, the exchanged item is shipped FREE of charge with original purchase of regular priced items (once per original purchase). Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt and processing of your exchange. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime.
We want you to be thrilled with your Brynn Capella Handbag and Accessories purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused full-priced merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 14 days of shipment date. All sale items (any discount received) are final sale. We allow items using a promotional code to be exchanged but not returned.
Returned merchandise will be charged a $10 processing fee and must include vendor packaging and hangtags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
In order to return an item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization# by calling us at 773-278-1668 (or emailing us at email@example.com) with the following information:
a. Your Name
b. Order Number
c. Indicate if the item(s) are RETURN, EXCHANGE or REPAIR
d. Phone Number you can be reached at
e. Mailing & Billing addresses
f. Email address
g. Reason for Return
Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure. Be sure to get a TRACKING NUMBER with your package! We cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.
Shipping cost will not be refunded. If item was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, the applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

If all the above required conditions are met and processed, a refund will be issued in 7-10 business days.
All return packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box, the allotted return time has past. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
*All Close Out Sale merchandise is FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
