WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
They have always been made in Chicago, IL. But currently we make them in Bedford Park, IL (a southern suburb of Chicago).

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Not currently. However, we are looking into it for the holidays.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES OR REPAIRS?
We are confident that you’ll love your products as much as we do, but we understand that life happens.
We will be happy to repair or replace your bag for up to 2 years after date of purchase. But not for normal wear and tear issues. For these issues, please review our warranty guidelines and submit a request.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BRYNN CAPELLA HANDBAG?
Brynn Capella handbags are made of beautiful, imported leather. You may notice grain and slight variations of color. These are characteristics of fine leather and should not be taken as defects. The leather is full grain which means it is natural and untreated (with some noted exceptions) so scars and markings may be visible. Leather can spot and sometimes lose color, so please do treat your Brynn Capella with care.

Particular care is recommended for bright colors because bringing them in contact with lacquer, perfume, citric acid and anything containing alcohol or alcohol derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather, they should be treated with weather protection.
 
WHAT DO I DO ABOUT MY DENIM DYING THE LEATHER ON MY HANDBAG?
Color transfer can occur (especially on light colored leather), so think twice before pairing your new bag with your favorite pair of jeans, especially if it’s dark denim – we know how tricky that blue dye can be! Although this is very frustrating, there are products on the market today that may help with setting the dye in denim and other colored clothing. 


Helpful hint: We highly recommend using a leather protector on your bag before use. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us at anytime.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY BRYNN CAPELLA HANDBAG?
We suggest using a mild leather conditioner that is specifically designed to be used on handbags. Use a small sponge and rub the cream on the dirty area of the leather. There are many leather cleaner and conditioners that are combined into one product that will enhance the life of your natural unfinished leather handbag.

HOW DO I MAKE PURCHASES FROM BRYNN CAPELLA?
It's all very easy. Visit the online shop any time, browse as much as you like, and make your selections. Then, you can follow the onscreen directions to complete your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgment via e-mail.

 
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal and PayPal Credit (with $99 minimum purchase, it allows you to make payments over 6 months with no interest).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY THINGS?
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (apart from major holidays), with a cut off time of 12PM (CST). If you place an order after 12PM, or over the weekend, you can expect it to process the next business day. Once the order has been processed and we do have your items in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped within 2-5 business days depending on volume of orders. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability.

** There may be exceptions to these shipping guidelines during major holidays. Please plan for delayed processing times during these periods. **
 
DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact sales@brynncapella.com before 5:00 pm CST (on same day as order) to make sure we can cancel your order before it’s processed.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
On occasion, we receive a high volume of traffic and stock may sell out before our website has updated. Sadly, we’ll have to cancel your order if this is the case. No worries though, we will notify you and process your refund within the next 3-5 business days, unless you agree to a suitable replacement.

 
IS THERE SALES TAX?
Since we are located in Chicago, all orders shipped to addresses in Illinois State are subject to the 10.25% Sales Tax. Locations outside Illinois State are tax-free.

RETURN POLICY?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return UNUSED FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE in reusable condition back to us within 14 days of shipment date. All sale items are FINAL sale. We allow items purchased using a promotional code to be exchanged but not returned.

In order to return an item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization# by calling us at 773-278-1668 (or emailing us at sales@brynncapella.com).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International returns or exchanges at this time.

CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
No. When we run online sales, we cannot grant price adjustments on previous purchases.

 
ARE THERE SPECIAL POLICIES ON SALE ITEMS?
Brynn Capella online sales are special occasions, but there are a few rules to consider before shopping reduced-price items... We cannot honor cancellations or modifications on any orders placed through our online sales. All discount codes must be applied prior to checkout or they cannot be applied to the purchase total. Please let us know if you have any problems checking out. We’ll be happy to help.


*All Sale items are Final Sale. All coupon/discount promotions & promotional sales are exchange only. Offers and discounts cannot be combined. Coupon/discount promotions cannot be used on previous purchases.
 
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping charges are calculated based on your distance from our offices in Chicago, IL and the weight of the package. Your total shipping charges will be computed at checkout, prior to the completion of your order.

Small leather goods can be shipped via First Class Mail. All other orders over 1lb. are shipped via Priority Mail (USPS). You can upgrade to Overnight Express, but remember there is still a 1-2 day processing time. If you need your item sooner, please contact us to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
