    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
    Delivery from order to arrival can be between 5-9 business days (M-F), depending on your location and time of order (after 4pm (cst), processing won't start until the next business day).

    But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item, so we want to make it as easy as possible.

    We gladly accept returns purchased from brynncapella.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    **As a small business, I hope you understand that all shipping fees are not refundable, unless you choose to exchange your item via store credit.**

    All items must be unworn and still have the tags attached to the item. We of course encourage you to put your items inside the bag to make sure it carries what you need, lays the way you desire and feels amazing on!

    Just send an email to sales@brynncapella.com to start the process. All returns are subject to approval and must receive an RA# prior to returning or the package will not be accepted.

    With exchanges, this process is completely free of any charges. Since we save on additional order processing fees, we pass on the savings to you. If you wish to exchange an item, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and issue a store credit via a gift card. Then you can choose your new items at your leisure.

    HOW TO RETURN

    Returns are via the US Post Office via Ground Advantage. Please do not use a Priority Mail box (or fees will be doubled).


    RETURN COSTS

    There is a non refundable $10 fee for the return label along with the original shipping costs, but there is no restocking fee on returns.


    Can I return my purchase?

    The only items that are not returnable are Sale Vault, Secret Sale and Mystery Box items. Everything else is accepted. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, minus initial or return shipping costs. Any unauthorized product returns will not be accepted.


    Can I exchange my item?

    Yes, with exchanges no fees are deducted. We issue you store credit via a gift card to use when you have decided on the item of choice. No expiration dates on gift cards.


    Where can I drop off my return?

    All return labels issued at USPS. So you can drop off at your local Post Office.


    Have you received my return?

    Returns normally take from 7-10 days to reach us and can be tracked on the USPS website using the tracking info.


    Where is my refund?

    Refunds will normally take 7-10 days fro receipt of returned goods. Processing times vary by banking institution.

    RESPONSIBILTY

    All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damages during transit back to us. A bag being damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund due to our policy of the merchandise needing to be returned in original condition.


    FAIR PRACTICES

    Brynn Capella Leather Goods strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if we see any unusual activity or suspect that our return policy is being abused (worn merchandise returns, excessive amounts of returns), we may need to sever the relationship.

    Why did I wait so long?

    My Merlot Pamela arrived a few days ago and I can’t stop touching this beautiful, supple leather. My husband has already told me twice how much he loves the color and the leather. I have bought many Brynn Capella bags and use them every day, but this one may be my favorite.

    When I opened the box I was like oh my goodness this handbag is more beautiful in person! The quality of the leather and hardware is second to none. I was really surprised at how much stuff I could fit into this handbag. I am so happy with my new Pamela! :)

    Love the upgraded hardware and thicker strap. The color is gorgeous and has a chameleon effect ( in my opinion) . Depending on lighting, it can take on gray hues, charcoal and even a slight green tint. It’s gorgeous no matter what and will be very versatile with many of Brynn’s guitar straps. ❤️

    My new favorite everyday bag

    Birthday present from my daughters.
    Purse sits perfectly on my shoulder when I'm walking down the street.
    Love that I'm able to fit my oversized wallet in it vertically and can still zip the purse totally closed and have room for everything else I need for the work week!

    Love my Pamela!

    The Pamela is just the right size to carry what I need without being big or bulky, and I like that the only outside pocket is zippered. If it falls off the seat or gets turned upside down getting out of a vehicle, everything is contained. My only request would be to put the inside slip pockets on the opposite side of the outside pocket so the contents of each doesn't interfere with the other. I am tall, and the fully extended straps works for shoulder and crossbody carry. I can't wait to see the new edition Pamela in 2023.
