Shipping: All in-stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground within 5 business days from order. Currently, due to potential shipping delays, it can typically take 5 to 9 business days for you to receive your purchase, from order date to arrival on your doorstep.
Express Shipping: Please note that it can still takes at least 1-2 business days for us to process and package. This covers Overnight Shipping after order has been processed. We do our best to process within 24 hours during the holidays.
International shipping: There are no timeframe guarantees. If you choose to ship via UPS or Fed-ex, we cannot guarantee there will not be a brokerage fee. We suggest to choose USPS Priority International, it may cost more upfront and take a little longer, but no brokerage fee. There should be no duty fees in Canada or Mexico, since we only ship our own American-made goods.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Return Policy:
Full-priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn, bag tags attached and in original condition. We provide a pre-paid return shipping labels for $10. The cost will be deducted from the refund, along with any original shipping costs and processing fees (restocking). Should you choose to exchange, or receive store credit, all fees are waived.
DO NOT return in a Priority Mail Medium or Large Flat Rate box or fees are doubled.
