RETURNS POLICY

Exchange/Return Policy for Full Price Items:

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the customer receiving and its in its original unused condition. 

We provide pre-paid labels for a flat rate of $10. The cost will be deducted from your refund, along with original shipping and processing fees (restocking). Should you choose to exchange the item, or receive store credit, all fees will be waived.

All returns are subject to approval and must receive an RA# prior to returning. To initiate a return, please email info@brynncapella.com.

Once the return is received, it may take up to 5 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, we will refund the original form of payment, minus the fees. If you provide an e-mail on your original order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the return has been processed. Please allow several days for the refund to post to your account. Processing times vary by banking institution.

Responsibility

All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damages during transit back to us. A bag being damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund due to our policy of the merchandise needing to be returned in original condition.

Fair Practices

Brynn Capella Leather Goods strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if we see any unusual activity or suspect that our return policy is being abused (worn merchandise returns, excessive amounts of returns), we may need to sever the relationship.

We'd like to say this never happens, but we're human. In the rare occasion it does, please e-mail us at info@brynncapella.com, so we can take care of you and the issue.
