Exchange/Return Policy for Full Price Items:
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the customer receiving and its in its original unused condition.
All returns are subject to approval and must receive an RA# prior to returning. To initiate a return, please email info@brynncapella.com.

*For all approved returns, we provide pre-paid labels for a flat rate of $10. The cost will be deducted from the refund, along with any original shipping costs and processing fees (restocking). Should you choose to exchange the item, or receive store credit, all fees will be waived. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
DO NOT return in a Priority Mail Medium or Large Flat Rate box or fess are doubled.
