They have always been made in Chicago, IL. We will always be made in the USA, that is our promise to you.

Currently we are only available online and at the Chicago One of a Kind Shows in April and December. If interested in attending, please let us know so we can email you complimentary tickets. If open to a studio visit, please email or message us to make an appointment.

Not at this time. As a small business, we don't have the capacity to incur all the non-refundable fees involved with each order. 

Delivery can take up to 12 business days, depending on your location and time of order. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability and that delivery timeframes may be extended during sale and peak times. Please note: 2-day Priority Mail and Overnight selections only reflect in transit times, not actual delivery timeframe.

We do not have the capacity to receive and ship order on the same day.

We have a lifetime guarantee on hardware and craftsmanship, but not for normal wear and tear issues. For these issues, please review our leather guide for maintenance. Or feel free to contact us at sales@brynncapella.com with any questions. We will do our best to help in a timely manner.

We are located in Chicago, so we only tax orders shipped to addresses within the state of Illinois at 10.25% Sales Tax. Locations outside Illinois State are currently tax-free.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return UNUSED FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE in reusable condition back to us within 30 days of shipment date. We allow items purchased using a promotional code and sale items to be exchanged or for store credit.

In order to return an item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization# by calling us at 773-278-1668 (or emailing us at sales@brynncapella.com).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International returns or exchanges at this time.
