If your order is under $250, shipping costs will be calculated based on your order's weight and distance from Chicago, IL. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed. Our default shipping method is via the USPS in order to keep costs down.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Delivery from when you place your order to arrival at your doorstep is typically between 5-9 business days (M-F), depending on your distance and chosen shipping method.

Upgraded shipping options do not include the one day processing time or the one day packaging time, only in transit time estimate. We do not offer same day shipping, even on express orders. All orders are processed the next business day (i.e. Thursday - processed on Friday and reminder Friday - Sunday orders are processed on Monday).

We hope you love your Brynn Capella Leather Good.

But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item, so we want to make it as easy as possible.

We gladly accept returns purchased from brynncapella.com within 30 days of receiving your order on any of our full-priced items. As noted above, sale items are final sale.

**As a small business, I hope you understand that all shipping fees are not refundable**

We of course encourage you to put your items inside the bag to make sure it carries what you need, lays the way you desire and feels amazing on! But returns MUST be unworn, still have the tags attached and be received inside the dust bag if applicable.

Just send an email to sales@brynncapella.com to start the process. All returns are subject to approval and must receive authorization prior to returning or the package will not be accepted.

With exchanges, we save on additional order processing fees, so we pass on the savings to you. If you wish to exchange instead, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and issue a store credit minus initial shipping fees, but there are no re-stocking fees. Then you can choose your new items at your leisure.

HOW TO RETURN

Returns are via the US Post Office via Ground Advantage. Please do not use a Priority Mail box (or fees will be doubled).


RETURN COSTS

There is a non refundable $10 fee for the return label along with the original shipping costs and a small restocking fees to cover our charges.


Can I return my purchase?

The only items that are not returnable are Sale Vault, Seconds & Samples and Mystery Box items. Everything else is accepted. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, minus the fees. Any unauthorized product returns will not be accepted.


Can I exchange my item?

Yes, with exchanges no restocking fees are deducted. We issue you store credit via a gift card to use when you have decided on the item of choice. No expiration dates on gift cards.


Where can I drop off my return?

All return labels issued at USPS. So you can drop off at your local Post Office.


Have you received my return?

Returns normally take from 7-10 days to reach us and can be tracked on the USPS website using the tracking info.


Where is my refund?

Refunds will normally take 7-10 days fro receipt of returned goods. Processing times vary by banking institution.

RESPONSIBILTY

All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged (how they arrived) securely to avoid damages during transit back to us. A bag being damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund due to our policy of the merchandise needing to be returned in original condition.


FAIR PRACTICES

Brynn Capella Leather Goods strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if we see any unusual activity or suspect that our return policy is being abused (worn merchandise returns, excessive amounts of returns), we may need to sever the relationship.
