    • Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, your order will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. 
    • Local Curbside Pickup available at checkout. Once processed, you will receive an email when the item is ready and you can make an appointment for a Pickup Time.
    • Express Shipping: Please note that it still takes 1 business day for us to process and package your order. This covers Overnight Shipping after order has been processed. 
    • International Shipping: can take up to two weeks for delivery even with Priority Mail or UPS Air. 
    • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
    • You must obtain an RMA before returning or exchanging your item or it will not be accepted. On full-priced items under $150, all shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

  • Brynn Capella Inc. stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from our authorized fine boutiques, national e-commerce sites, or the Brynn Capella website with proof of purchase. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged and approved manufacturing or hardware defects. We will cover the full cost of the repair as well as the cost of shipping within that time frame.

    The craftsmanship is guaranteed, however, we do not offer free repairs on damages resulting from normal wear and tear. If general wear and tear has affected the handbag’s original condition, we suggest contacting a reputable leather care professional for suggestions on restoration.

    Replacement lining or hardware is offered for a small repair fee if the bag is older than two years. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair items older than 2 years, but will have substitute options available. 

    For approved repairs, please allow 14-30 business days to complete.
